Now Its Easy to Change a Cursor
Its no longer necessary to buy expensive software or be an expert in graphic design or programming if all you want is a new free mouse pointer. Changing a cursor can now be done as easily as changing your wallpaper or screensaver, which many of us have been doing in Windows for years.
Previously if you ran Windows (and its similar with a Mac), it was easy to quickly change the wallpaper on your screen. You could simply choose a picture you like and right-click configure it to be your background. Or if you were savvy enough, you could edit the properties of your desktop and choose some other cool image.
Converting your screensaver to something personal has also been simple, ever since Windows allowed you to easily change the scrolling message that went across the screen after a certain number of minutes of idle time. You could also switch your screensaver to something like flying objects or riveting rings.
However, if you were like me and all you wanted was to change my cursor, it seemed nearly impossible. The only way to do it was by changing your entire Windows theme, which didn’t just change your cursor, but your fonts, window pane colors, and all kinds of other things I had no intention of changing. All I wanted was to just to change my pointer.

Since I was no graphic designer and certainly no programmer, I like most pretty much gave up on any cursor change and lived with the standard arrow pointer for years. Well no more!
